CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Kak Ell Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in Malaysia):
Only for the item ordered from (kakell.my) website and subjected to the terms in “Return Policy” below.
- Only cancellation before shipment is allowed. We will process refund within 7 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
- Due to the national lockdown, we are not accepting post – dispatch cancellation on orders.
If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, kindly contact our Customer Service at email@example.com or call us on +018-2020011. We will respond to you during business days (Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM). No cancellation fees shall be applicable upon cancellation request.
Kak Ell offers its customer an “Easy return policy”, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request for a product that is damaged, faulty or spoiled according to the terms. We do not accept partial/used returns.
TERMS OF ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN & REFUND:
- All normal price item (s)
- Customer received damaged, faulty or spoiled item (s)
- With original packaging/box
- Unused/unaltered product
- Item (s) ordered is out of stock
- Items bought during promotional period or free gifts are non – returnable.
- If the customer still return the ineligible item, we will send back to the customer and the customer need to bear the postage fee.
- We do not honour any walk-in returns.
- Contact Customer Service team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call +018-2020011 within 5 business days of receiving the order that is damaged, faulty or spoiled according to the terms.
- Provide order ID details and your request to return/replace or refund your order. Kindly email the image of the product and invoice for our reference.
- We will process the return request within 7 business days and initiate the return/refund process only if the products received in their original packaging (seals, labels, barcodes intact).
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when replacement may not be available, we will refund to you the full amount.
- For payment done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2 – 3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. The process will be completed within 7 business days of receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take additional 2 -3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- In addition, we also provide the hassle – free option of refund through Kak Ell coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
